Your responsibilities as a patient

Getting your prescription through QuickMD is a simple process. Follow these three easy steps:

  1. Book an Appointment or Speak to a Doctor On-Demand Create your personal account with basic demographic information to schedule an appointment with a physician.
  2. Start a Live Doctor Visit Choose a time that suits your schedule and begin your visit via telehealth with a live video consultation or opt for a telephone call.
  3. Receive Diagnosis and Prescription During your visit, the physician will provide you with a diagnosis and a prescription. You will receive a copy of your prescription, and it will also be sent directly to us at medi® USA via email or fax. Our customer service representative will then attach it to your restiffic order.

Cost and Confidentiality

The cost for a care visit with QuickMD is a flat fee of $75, with no hidden charges.

Rest assured, our platform is encrypted and fully HIPAA-compliant. We never sell your information to third parties for profit. Just like an in-person doctor’s visit, the information you share with our physicians is protected and private.
